Plants in the swamp and field

East Cambridgeshire District County Wildlife Sites Register 2005 lists some of the swamp's plants. These are indicated with 2005 in the first column of list below. In 2010 I started listing other plants I found there - these are indicated with either the year I first noticed the plant or *. Many plants were planted by the Hawes family, these are indicated by PH.

Love Lane

The swamp is approached by a small lane (locally known as Love Lane) beside the Reach Road (Meadow View) Industrial Estate. This lane has additional flora. However the lane gets mowed too frequently so some of those plants below are distinctly transient. I have noticed:
